    Rating 4. Justification: 1. Sales department — rating 5, well served, questions answered promptly, good cooperation throughout the contract. Excellent! 2. Delivery was delayed by ~ 2–3 days, which is acceptable. 3. Installation. Minor issue initially: the installer didn't confirm how the wall-mounted furniture would be positioned (the diagram wasn't entirely clear), so the furniture arrived slightly offset, which caused minor obstruction with the door and required adjustments. 4. Quality concerns noted, see photos: small blemishes on hardware inside the door that shouldn't be there; similarly, the seating cube has a crack. Update after 4 years of use — the sofa is showing first signs of wear: The plastic on the sofa leg cracked, and the metal leg damaged my laminate flooring. Attaching additional photos. Updating review to 5 stars. The company reached out to me, and a replacement leg part was offered despite the warranty having expired. Thank you.
