This document contains the terms and conditions applicable to accessing and using the tandem.md website. By accessing the site, you are bound to comply with this Agreement. Consumer rights are provided for by Law No. 105/2003 and are not affected by these terms.
The tandem.md website belongs to ARLENGO SRL, a legal entity of the Republic of Moldova, with its registered office in mun. Chișinău, str. Nicolae Milescu Spătarul 8/5, MD-2044, IDNO 1011600034004, VAT code 0405407, represented by Antonina Baturinskaia as Administrator.
· WEBSITE — the Internet platform at the address tandem.md through which users access information about the services offered by ARLENGO SRL.
· VISITOR — any person who accesses the site for private or professional purposes.
· USER — the person who interacts with the Site by placing an order, completing a form or subscribing to the newsletter.
· IMPROPER USE — use of the site in breach of the law or in ways that cause harm to ARLENGO SRL.
· AGREEMENT — these General Terms and Conditions.
· SERVICE — the provision of access to the information and products marketed by ARLENGO SRL.
The conditions apply to the tandem.md website. The site may contain links to other websites for which ARLENGO SRL bears no responsibility. Users should consult the terms of use of those sites.
The information published represents details of the services provided by ARLENGO SRL, considered of interest to visitors. The site includes a Careers section where users may submit CVs under secure conditions.
ARLENGO SRL holds all intellectual property rights recognised by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and by international law. The materials — including images, designs, texts and videos — are the property of the company. The content may not be used without the written consent of ARLENGO SRL.
Blog articles may be redistributed with credit to the original source and author.
The content, graphics and materials of tandem.md are protected by intellectual property legislation. The following actions are not permitted:
· Forwarding the content to other websites or storage services.
· Publishing, transmitting, selling or distributing the materials.
· Modifying or displaying the content in an unauthorised manner.
To purchase, users submit their request via the contact form or directly to [email protected]. The site is not an online store in the sense of online payment — the order is confirmed through communication with the Tandem team. Delivery and assembly are performed by ARLENGO SRL's own team or by authorised partners (couriers, fitters).
In accordance with Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and Law No. 284/2004 on information society services, you have the right, as a consumer, to withdraw from a distance contract concluded through the Site, on the conditions provided by the legislation in force.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
· Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (custom furniture with specific dimensions, materials or finishes selected individually).
· Products which, by their nature, cannot reasonably be returned (furniture assembled or installed in the home).
For standard furniture, purchased from the Site without personalisation, you can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a request to [email protected].
The conditions of return, return shipping and refund are governed by the „Returns and refunds” section of these Terms.
Liability for published content lies with the administrator. The Company shall not be liable for errors, inaccuracies or outdated content not attributable to its fault. Articles and information may change.
The owner and the administrator shall not be liable for losses, costs, proceedings or claims caused by the user's failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Nor shall they be liable for damages resulting from temporary non-operation of the site or the impossibility of accessing links, including technical faults of telephone or internet operators.
Merely accessing the Site does not constitute consent to the processing of personal data. ARLENGO SRL processes users' data only on the legal bases provided for in Art. 6 of Law No. 195/2024, as described in the Privacy Policy; non-essential cookies and similar technologies — including session recording through Microsoft Clarity — are activated only with the consent given in the cookie banner.
Purposes of processing:
· Handling requests and orders.
· Delivery and assembly of products.
· Subscription to the newsletter, on the basis of consent.
· Sending commercial communications, on the basis of consent.
· Offers for complementary products and services, on the basis of consent or legitimate interest, as the case may be.
ARLENGO SRL is a controller of personal data and undertakes not to sell or disclose data to third parties for commercial purposes. The Company may disclose information to its processors (couriers, fitters, MailChimp, Google, accounting) exclusively on the basis of data processing agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Users may submit questions and suggestions to [email protected], provided that the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, and does not contain viruses or spam.
In the course of performing these Terms and Conditions, ARLENGO SRL processes your personal data as a controller, in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection (Legea nr. 195/2024), in force from 23 August 2026.
Full details on the categories of data processed, purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention period and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
Rights of the data subject under Law No. 195/2024:
· The right to information and access to personal data.
· The right to rectification.
· The right to erasure („right to be forgotten”).
· The right to restriction of processing.
· The right to data portability.
· The right to object.
· The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

The response time for requests concerning the exercise of rights is 30 calendar days from receipt of the request.

Subscription is made via subscription forms in articles, footer or menu, on the basis of explicit consent.
By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree that your data (name, email address) will be transmitted to The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp (United States of America), as processor, on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the transfer mechanisms provided by Law No. 195/2024.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected].
The Company may run online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, using demographic data and interests. Advertisements are based on generic information available at platform level and, where applicable, on aggregated data from users' interactions with the site, on the basis of consent given via the cookie banner.
Candidates' data (CVs, cover letters, contact data) are protected and used exclusively for selection for the position applied for. Data are deleted within 30 days after completion of the selection process, if you have not been selected, or kept for a maximum of 1 year based on consent if your profile is compatible with other future positions.
During interviews held in the showroom or at the company's premises, images captured on video surveillance cameras are stored on the server for a period of 30 days, for security purposes.
Payments are made on the basis of invoices issued by the Company in Moldovan Lei (MDL), after confirmation of the order, including taxes and additional costs (transport, assembly), where applicable.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, add or delete portions of the content. Changes affecting the services will be communicated by publishing a notice on the site.
If third parties raise claims arising from a user's use of the site, that user shall cover the damages and costs incurred by the Company in connection with such claims.
There may be interruptions of access not attributable to the Company due to independent causes (technical errors, lack of internet connection, viruses, unauthorised access, strikes, force majeure). The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from such situations.
The Terms may be amended by ARLENGO SRL. Substantial changes will be communicated by publishing a visible notice on the site and, in the case of the newsletter, also by email to subscribers.
Changes are deemed accepted if the user continues to use the service after the date of publication of the new version. Notifications from users may be sent to [email protected].
Reports are sent by email to [email protected]. TANDEM will handle complaints within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 calendar days.
For specific matters concerning personal data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), datepersonale.md.
The rights and obligations of the parties are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or from the use of the Site shall be resolved amicably and, in the absence of a solution, by the competent courts of mun. Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
